Return Deadlines and Conditions Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience. We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event of a defective or incorrectly shipped product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. After that, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.
